Good afternoon to all at Park Celtic - to the players, the parents, the managers, volunteers and everyone associated with the Club.
Now that the summer is (almost) over, hope we are all looking forward to the kids being back to school and more importantly back playing the beautiful game.
Just an announcement around some initiatives which have taken time but are now coming to fruition.
New Kit Provider
We have just signed with O'Neills, Ireland's premium sportings goods manufacturer. See above new kit design, with the Jolt brand front of shop. Jolt is kindly sponsoring a whole age group (c 60 kids) and its managers. More about Jolt (HOME - Jolt TECHNOLOGY LIMITED) later..............
Park Celtic Club Shop
To be launched before the new season where players, parents & supporters can purchase club merchandise. It is envisioned that once the clubhouse is up and running in our home at Cabinteely Park, there will be a physical club shop there too.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Whilst we have a new kit supplier and a new fresh look to our football gear, it will be a gradual process replacing existing kit with the new look. So there is an ask here for brands to sponsor a team or a whole age group (or academy) to fast track the process.
Did you know that we have approx 1k followers on Facebook & Instagram? And 1k Clubzapp members - with an average 6k views per month (some months up to 20k views)!!! We will be pushing all our sponsors more and more through social media this year, with the primary objective of making sponsoring Park Celtic financially worthwhile (albeit you cannot put a price on community engagement).
We also have some sponsorship opportunities for some much needed equipment in the club, namely:

- VEO which records and live-streams games - allowing managers and players to analyse games with a view to improving their performances
- Storage Unit for Loretto Training Equipment & Balls - at the moment coaches having to bring equipment with them to and from training - sometimes carboots just not big enough............
And for all you accountants out there, costs are fully tax deductible and in some cases VAT can be reclaimable.
